You Have an Organization Link Request

An organization wants to add your Ember Sports account to their dashboard — a read-only view of the sessions you and your players capture. Nothing changes until you accept.

How to respond

  1. Sign in to the Ember Dashboard with the email address this request was sent to.
  2. Open your account menu — the request is waiting under Organization invites.
  3. Accept to join, or decline — the organization is only notified of your choice.

What gets shared?

  • The organization can view the sessions, stats, and videos on your account — hitting and pitching.
  • It's read-only: they can never edit, delete, or capture anything on your account.
  • If the organization assigns you a paid seat, they cover your Ember app subscription for that sport while you're linked.
  • Nothing on your account is shared with anyone else — only this organization, and only while you stay linked.

Nothing is shared unless you accept the request in your dashboard. Invites expire after 30 days. You can leave the organization at any time and their access ends immediately.
